The Culprit: Clogged Condensation Lines

  • When the primary drain pan becomes clogged it then overflows into the secondary drain pan. If you see drainage from the top pipe on the outside of you home, you have a clogged primary drain and you will get this ugly stain on the outside of the home. You never want to have water coming from the top pipe. Once the secondary drain becomes clogged, water damage in the home WILL occur!
  • All condensation should be coming out of the lower drain only.
